ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on regular business days before 1pm CET will begin processing on the same day. Otherwise, orders will begin processing within 1 business day.

For any order placed on holidays, Saturday or Sunday, processing will begin on the next business day.

You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.

TIME OF DELIVERY

JUST AN IDEA Books that are currently in stock will be shipped immediately. Shipping times will vary based on shipping destination but will range from 1 to 8 business days.

For France, we use Colissimo for delivery within 2 business days.

Outside France, all shipments are handled by UPS Express.

SALES TAX

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties.

CHANGES

If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.

No refunds.

JUST AN IDEA Books are delivered in a special custom envelope. We recommend you open it only once you’re sure the book you received is the one you ordered. There will be no refunds if the book is returned unwrapped from its original packaging.

If the contents of your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please email eshop@justanidea.com with your order number, details of the damage and photos if possible. We will let you know if you are eligible for a replacement delivery (pending availability). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received and within 14 days of the delivery date.
